The last years I have worked a lot (looong hours), travelled even more – and certainly not spent enough time in the gym.
I have started to feel the consequences of this life. After an emergency surgery for an appendicitis, followed by long-term Covid-19 challenges I decided that it is time for a change and to (also) prioritize my health and well being higher in the future.
So I have started my new health journey inspired by several of my friends.
Now I am 16 kilos minus and at ghe end of the year I will be back to my weight from my sports days.
