What an absolutely amazing day with customers we had yesterday at the Maersk Customs Client Forum (CCF) Tokyo.
This concept & community of likeminded organizations continues to grow. After HCMC, Bangkok, São Paulo, Copenhagen & Bogota – it was now time to listen the ’Voice of the Customer’ in Tokyo, with many companies including e.g. Ricoh, Kuraray, Inditex & Nissan. This dialogue platform (under Chatham House Rules) provides an arean for talks between invited international institutions, Government agencies & business.
The CCF in Tokyo was a great success & we have received outstanding feedback from our customers.
As always we follow-up with actions for concrete outcomes with commmon key messages & various events unril we meet again in Tokyo in this format next year.
