I love this story. At 17, Dorothy Jean Tillman II made history as the youngest person to earn a doctoral degree in integrated behavioral health at Arizona State University.

Ms. Tillman, who’s now 18, took part in the school’s commencement ceremony this month.
Then she went to her prom.
