The Way It Is. This is a song from American singer-songwriter and pianist Bruce Hornsby and it has followed me through the last decades in many ways.

The song was released in 1986, it is an amazing tune with the best intro ever. I have used a reference to the song in all my presentations since the early 2000s.

I often do presentations about change and modernization. That is also why this beautiful song with its lyrics fits so well, beside the fact that it also in simple words decribes my own journey in life and what I believe in.
