My colleague and old friend Frank Heijmann, from Dutch Customs, has together with John Peters. written an excellent book about Customs.

This is a must have for everybody interested in customs, borders and international trade. The book not only explains how modern customs works but also provide a new visionary border supervisory model, ’Customs’ Supervision 2.0’.

I highly recommend this book. in fact I will buy a copy for all of my staff.
