This weekend I and our oldest daughter visited the annual national Swedish Bookfair in Gothenburg.
The book fair has been postponed the last years due to the Covid 19 pandemic.
We are both readers, my daughter and I, reading plus 50 books a year, so it was great to be able to visit the fair again.
I have several friends that have published books this year, and that we meet at the fair, like Patrick Ekwall, Olof Lundh, Anders Roslund & Janne Josefsson.
I also met one of my all-time favourite writers, South African crime novel writer Deon Meyer. It turned out that we have some common friends in South Africa.
I got a lot of books – some with dedications.
We also listened to many seminars and talks with authors and had some good food. Great weekend with Louise.
