Our ambition in Maersk to increase gender diversity at all levels has now been elevated in 2022 as a key driver into our Environment, Social and Governance strategy.

Together we can forge gender equality. Collectively we can all #BreakTheBias.

The Transport & Logistics industry has traditionally been a male dominated industry, and this is no different for Maersk. For a number of years we have focused on increasing the representation of women at all levels.

BreakTheBias on International Women’s Day 2022. Gender diversity has been and continues to be a priority for Maersk’s Diversity & Inclusion agenda and we use this day as a platform to highlight these challenges faced by women in our industry and progress along the way.
