Swedish superstars Abba are making a comeback It’s expected they’ll release new music for the first time in nearly 40 years.
Mamma Mia! Here we go again. After 39 years Swedish sensations ABBA are reportedly on the comeback with new songs. The band is said to be releasing new music next Friday in what will be the first new tracks by Björn Ulvaeus, Benny Andersson, Agnetha Faltskog and Anni-Frid Lyngstad in almost four decades.
The quartet are also preparing to launch a show called Abba Voyage which features their younger selves beamed on stage as “Abba-tars” and performing a range of classic hits.
Whereever I have been in the world, I always get comments about ABBA (and Zlatan Ibrahimovic). So they might be on to something. Having refused to do a come back after the split up and despite being offered enormous amounts of money, I think that we this time will see something totally different. However the possibility to get some new ABBA songs is still exciting.
Let’s see next week.
